Consultation for Do-It-Yourself Staging
If you would like to do the staging work yourself, this option provides you with a individualized detailed report on what to do to stage your home. We will detail the paint color options, furniture placement, curb appeal suggestions, décor placement, and overall de-cluttering suggestions. This will be a very specific guide outlining the details of where to move or place items, etc. This option will also include 1 hour of fine tuning by New Creation Home Staging when you are finished with your staging, and “after” photos emailed or on CD for your Realtor’s brochure. The amount of time it takes to create your individual report differs with each home based on size and degree of staging needed. We will be happy to quote you a price upon seeing your home. Consultation for Full Service Staging
With a Full Staging Service we provide you with a bid for our team to do the Staging for you. When we come to your home for the consultation we will spend 60 -90 minutes viewing your home and will begin to create a design for staging that will show your home in the best possible light. We will then provide you with a bid for your approval. This bid process usually takes about 2-3 days. We do however strive to work within your budget and your timeframe. Staging For Living
Staging for Living is the process of using your furniture and accessories, mixed with our flair for knowing how and where to place it, all to create a fresh look! It is a great alternative to traditional expensive decorating. Through artistic arrangement and creative placement of your furniture, lighting, artwork, and accessories, your room will be transformed within a day. We may also bring in some nominal accessories that we feel will enhance your new room. Price is based on the size of the room and degree of staging needed. The Real Estate Cleaning Service will further prepare your home for sale.
