With more than 20 years of law practice under her belt, Kathleen S. Davis has a thorough understanding of legal process and protocol, and the well-honed skills to get things done efficiently and correctly. Her knowledge and practical approach simply inspire confidence.

Kathleen’s extensive experience started by articling and practicing for nine years with a full-service firm in Calgary, where she was exposed to many different areas of law. She further honed her skills as a partner in a smaller firm from 2002 to 2006.

Kathleen founded KSD Law in 2007, building the company around her core values and areas of specialization: real estate (residential and commercial), wills and estates, and business law matters.

Kathleen is people-focused and believes in providing one-to-one service to every client. She is an excellent listener, a direct and organized communicator, and an assertive advocate. She is genuinely concerned with doing everything she can for her clients — a value she instils in every member of her team.

Kathleen lends her expertise to every aspect of her practice, delegating tasks to her team, while personally overseeing every file.
