Martha Morales

Martha has more than a decade of experience in real estate lending and sales. Before her career in real estate lending, she worked eight years with two local banks, primarily in Customer Service and Lending.

Martha grew up in the Santa Maria valley in a close-knit family and is a graduate of Ernest Righetti High. Martha and Gabriel A. Morales have been married for over 26 years and have two beautiful children. She is actively involved in her children’s school and sports activities.

Martha enjoys helping people; it energizes her and those around her. She serves at her local church, teaching in Children’s Sunday School and the Wednesday evening Women’s Bible Studies. She also volunteers to speak monthly with others to the youth at the Santa Maria Juvenile Hall.

Martha has clients who have remained with her since her career in lending began. Her integrity and honesty give her clients the confidence they need with one of the most important transactions in their lives.
