Jose M. Lopez An AV® Peer Review Rated™ Martindale-Hubbell® attorney and an Ohio Super Lawyer, Jose M. Lopez has been practicing law in Ohio since 1979. He is admitted to Ohio, the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Ohio, the U.S. Supreme Court, and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Sixth Circuit. He received his J.D. from the University of Dayton in 1979 and his B.A. from Ohio State University in 1975. His memberships include the Miami County and Ohio State Bar Associations, the Ohio Association for Justice, and the Ohio Academy of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Mr. Lopez has received the Lewis Powell Award, the Carl Weinman Award, and the Lawyers Lawyer Award. He also won the Midwest National Trial Competition. Mr. Lopez was an assistant prosecuting attorney in Miami County from 1979 to 1981, Miami County's municipal prosecutor from 1981 to 1984, special prosecutor for Montgomery County from 1984 to 1986, and special prosecutor for Wood County in 1991. He has been voted by the American Trial Lawyers Association as one of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers and was an Ohio Super Lawyer from 2004-2008. Mr. Lopez assists clients with personal injury, medical malpractice, civil litigation, criminal law, trials and appeals, Todd D. Severt Admitted to Ohio and the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Ohio, Todd D. Severt received his J.D. from the University of Dayton in 1992. In 1987, Mr. Severt earned his B.A. from the University of South Carolina. He is a member of the Miami County and Ohio State Bar Associations and a BV® Peer Review Rated™ Martindale-Hubbell® attorney. He served on the Troy City Council from 1995 to 1999. Mr. Severt is a Board Certified Family Relations Law Specialist for the State of Ohio. Mr. Severt focuses his practice on domestic relations law, estate planning, and probate. Andrew R. Pratt Andrew R. Pratt was admitted to practice law in Ohio in 1994. He received his J.D. from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 1994 and his B.S. from Ohio University, cum laude, in 1990. His legal memberships include the Miami County and Ohio State Bar Associations, the Ohio Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys, and the Ohio Association for Justice. He is a recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award, Trial Workshop. Mr. Pratt devotes his time to clients who need help with criminal, personal injury, medical malpractice, civil litigation, estate planning, or probate law.
