For over 20 years, I have been providing legal support services in real estate law and personal planning to clients in Chilliwack and the Lower Mainland. It had been a dream of mine for some time to start my own business, so in 2010 I applied for and was accepted into the Notary Education Program, which in recent years has been upgraded to include a Master’s degree in Applied Legal Studies through Simon Fraser University. I completed my Master’s degree in December 2012 and I was recently installed as a BC Notary Public, receiving 5 of the 6 awards for high marks on the statutory examinations. I look forward to applying my legal education, skills, and experience in a caring small-firm setting.

Google has made a major update to its mobile search algorithm, the move is causing ripples across the web. Websites not deemed mobile-friendly will be dropped down the search rankings, dramatically reducing the number of visitors to a site. Search engine ranking experts have called the potential fallout from the changes "mobilegeddon". Businesses at risk are those who don’t know about it.
